Mikvah & Spa Equipment Monitoring

Advanced Home AV Inc. (AHAV) installs and monitors the equipment that keeps mikvah and spa facilities running: pumps, heaters, filtration, and water chemistry controllers. Our SCADA monitoring platform watches this equipment around the clock and alerts facility staff the moment something goes wrong, so problems are fixed before they affect users.

What we monitor: pump and heater faults, water temperature, chlorine and pH levels, flow and pressure, and loss of communication with site controllers. Site administrators see live readings, event logs, and alert history in the AHAV web application.

AHAV Equipment Alerts (text messages): Facility operators and maintenance staff can receive critical equipment fault alerts by text message. A site administrator adds a staff member only with that person's permission, the staff member receives a confirmation text, and alerts start only after they reply YES. Message frequency varies with equipment conditions, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
